The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, making our xmas stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. One of the best aspects was thevery comfy and tidy room that we stayed in.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel near the Royal Palace. The location was perfect, with great access to restaurants and bars. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The facilities were fantastic for the price, with a fully-equipped kitchen and effective air conditioning. The location was ideal, conveniently close to Puerta Del Sol but surprisingly quiet. The rooms were well sound-proofed.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

This hotel is located in a central area which provides easy walking access to most attractions in the city. Additionally, the rooms come with balconies, offering a spectacular view of the surroundings. I particularly loved the bonus little kitchen with a fridge in the room, which was a great amenity. Lastly, the staff was friendly and the breakfast offered standard items.
